Polytec is a leading Australian manufacturer of decorative panels and components for joinery applications such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes and furniture.

You can navigate the Polytec colour ranges by using the filters on the left hand side. Once you find a colour you like you can then click on the colour to view more information. On this page you can now see it its available in 16mm board or 18mm board by clicking on the Product range tab. Some colours will available in multiple ranges and thickness along with being Melamine Particle board and or MDF board.

Melamine Board Information
MELAMINE range is available in a stunning selection of colours, designs and various surface finishes allowing you to create a stylish look in your home, workplace or decorative joinery application.
All board is laminated on high quality substrate. Made from 16mm to 33mm MR (moisture resistant) E1 Particleboard (PB) bonded with melamine resin, impregnated paper on both sides, the hardened resin creates an outer layer providing an excellent surface for all applications.
MELAMINE finishes are designed for interior use, such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardobes, domestic and commercial furniture. MR melamines are resilient to areas exposed to low to medium humidity levels and where accidental wetting may occur.
The hardened resins in the decorative melamine outer layer resists chipping, scratching and dents and the melamine surface wipes clean with warm soapy water and a non abrasive cloth. This product has been designed with the consumer in mind and is a perfect solution for all joinery applications.

What Colours Are Available?
We have a vast variety of colours, aluminium, boards, mirrors and glass for all tastes and needs for our customers. Our shower screens and wardrobe doors have the following alluminium options available: black, white, polished silver, and matt silver. Gold is also available in some ranges.

What Is Your Lead Time?
We are known for fast, ‘industry best’ turnaround times. As we operate our own toughening plant, we have greater control of the time it takes to manufacture the glass, so we can install your product quicker. How Do You Prevent Dirt and Mould?
Our products contain no aluminium, so they are easier to clean. We also use mould resistant silicone to help reduce mould build up over time. We highly recommend applying enduro shield for shower screens and splashback surfaces for their longevity. Check our product pages for more details on how to keep your investment clean and protected.

How do I Place an Order?
First contact us to arrange an obligation-free quote. Your sales representative will contact you to arrange a time to meet. Once we have found a solution for you then we will require a 50% deposit to move forward. Our office will then confirm an installation date that is convenient for you.
